The rates and charges for each of the calling plans provided herein are for interstate calls (state-to-state), which include calls to or from the 48 contiguous states, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, Northern Marianas Islands, and American Samoa.  All Cox Long Distance and Toll Free calls are billed in 6-second increments and rounded up to the next highest increment.

Cox Long Distance Service Plans
Cox Long Distance Service Plans are direct dialed, non-distance sensitive, non time-of-day sensitive, outbound calling plans available to customers who subscribe to Cox local service. 

Standard Service Plan:  The Standard Service Plan is available to those customers who do not wish to subscribe to an optional calling plan or enter into a term agreement.  This plan is available to all Cox business customers who subscribe to Cox Local Service and choose Cox as both their PIC and LPIC provider.  All calls are rated at $0.10 per minute.

Cox Toll Free Service
Cox Toll Free Service is an inbound service that provides Cox local service customers with the ability to let their customers call them without incurring long distance charges.  Cox Toll-Free Service enables the Cox customer to receive toll-free calls at their place of business that originate anywhere in the 48 contiguous states, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, the Northern Marianas Islands, and American Samoa.

Standard Toll Free Service Plan:  The Standard Toll Free Service Plan is available to those customers who do not wish to subscribe to an optional calling plan or enter into a term agreement.  All Toll Free calls are rated at $0.10 per minute.
