Cox Solutions and Enterprise Plans   The Company's Calling Card Service is provided for use by presubscribed Business Customers for originating calls when away from the office, by dialing a Company-provided toll-free access number or code, entering the destination number and entering the Customer’s Authorization Code. Calls are billed in whole minute increments. Interstate Usage Charges (per Minute)  $0.15
