Cox Solutions Calling Plan

1.    Plan Description:

The Cox Solutions Calling Plan (the “Plan”) enables Business Customers who subscribe to Cox Local Service to receive reduced rates on their domestic long distance and toll free service based on monthly call volume and the term commitment of the plan selected. No minimum usage obligations are associated with the Plan.

2.   Term of Plan (the “Term”):

The Plan is available in one-, two-, three, four or five-year term commitment. The Term will commence on the first day of the next complete billing month following the execution of the Commercial Services Agreement that references this Plan.

3.   Conditions:

The Plan is subject to the terms and conditions contained in the Customer Services Agreement, which may be found at www.cox.com/telephone/customerservicesagreement.asp ("Agreement").  In order to obtain Plan services at the rates identified below, Customer must meet all of the following conditions at all times during the term of the Plan selected:

  1. Cox Business Customer must select Cox as their Primary Interexchange Carrier (PIC).
  2. Cox Business Customer must select Cox as their Local Primary Interexchange Carrier (LPIC).
  3. Customer must choose Cox as their Local Service provider.

The Plan is shared among a Business Customer’s access lines that are picked to Cox LD.  The Plan is billed in six-second increments and rounds up to the next highest six-second increment for partial increments. 

If the Customer terminates their Plan prior to the expiration of the selected term, or the Customer fails to meet all of the conditions under this Plan, Cox may, at its option: (i) re-rate Customer’s usage to the nearest qualifying term plan or (ii) if terminated in the first year, re-rate Customer’s usage at the Standard Service Plan rate of $0.10 per minute.

The Plan is an interstate service and does not apply to the following calls, services, or applications and cannot be used in conjunction with:  Collect Calls; Calling Card; Calls to 555, 700, 900, 976 Services; Third Number Billed; Directory Assistance and Directory Assistance Call Completion; Emergency Interrupt; Repeat Call, Return Calls (per activation); Person-to-Person Calls; Busy Line Verification; Intercept Call Completion; Operator Handled Calls; Three-Way Calling (per activation); Call Centers; Automatic Dialing Equipment.

4.   Rates:

Customer will be charged the applicable fixed rates below based on Customer’s cumulative  Minutes of Usage (“MOU”) of Cox Domestic Long Distance and Toll Free interstate (rates below) and intrastate (see rates listed in state tariffs) usage in a monthly billing period:
