1. Plan Description
Cox Business Minute Pack Calling Plans (the “Plan”) are available to all Cox Business Customers who subscribe to Cox Local Service and chose Cox for both their Primary Interexchange Carrier (PIC) and Local Primary Interexchange Carrier (LPIC) provider. Cox Business Minute Packs provide Cox business customers the flexibility to choose increasingly larger blocks of interstate and intrastate long distance and toll free service minutes at decreasing rates.
2. Term of Plan
All Minute Packs are available in one-, two-, three-, four- or five-year term commitment plans. The Term will commence on the first day of the next complete billing month following the execution of the Commercial Services Agreement that references this Plan.
Please Note: This Plan will continue to bill each month until it is changed or removed from your account.
3. Conditions
The Plan is subject to the terms and conditions contained in the Customer Services Agreement, which may be found at www.cox.com/telephone/customerservicesagreement.asp ("Agreement"). In order to obtain Plan services at the rates identified below, Customer must meet all of the following conditions at all times during the term of the Plan selected in Section 1 above:
- Cox Business Customer must choose Cox as their Primary Interexchange Carrier (PIC).
- Cox Business Customer must choose Cox as their Local Primary Interexchange Carrier (LPIC).
- Customer must choose Cox as their Local Service provider.
Each Minute Pack block of minutes is shared among a Business Customer’s access lines. Remaining minutes at the end of the billing period will not rollover to the next month. All MOUs in excess of the block of minutes selected will be billed at the overage rate for that block of minutes. The Plan is billed in six-second increments and rounds up to the next highest six-second increment for partial increments.
If the Customer terminates their Plan prior to the expiration of the selected term, or the Customer fails to meet all of the conditions set forth above, Cox may, at its option: (i) re-rate Customer’s usage to the nearest qualifying term plan or (ii) if terminated in the first year, re-rate Customer’s usage at the Standard Service Plan rate of $0.10 per minute.
The Plan authorizes direct-dialed interstate calls and will not apply to the following calls, services, or applications and cannot be used in conjunction with: Collect Calls; Calling Card; Calls to 555, 700, 900, 976 Services; Third Number Billed; Directory Assistance and Directory Assistance Call Completion; Emergency Interrupt; Repeat Call, Return Calls (per activation); Person-to-Person Calls; Busy Line Verification; Intercept Call Completion; Operator Handled Calls; Three-Way Calling (per activation); Call Centers; Automatic Dialing Equipment.
